Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager, helping articulate and present effective requirement proposals
• Face off to one or more business areas and understand high level requirements
• Elicit, validate and document business requirements in Business Requirement Documents or user/feature stories
• Participate in the design process from design approval to functional design completion
• Own the delivery of assigned work and drive it to successful completion
• Support development of the test strategy, plan and test cases with business, testing and development teams

Requirements

• In depth experience preparing and issuing key business analysis deliverables
• Experience supporting the end-to-end testing cycle within a change initiative
• Exposure to working in medium to large scale change initiatives
• Good communication with a wide array of people and stakeholder management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Business Analysis Accreditation(s)
• Experience of working with Risk, Finance and Treasury functions
• Basic knowledge of the main asset classes and associated trade and instrument attributes
• Exposure to regulatory reporting systems
