Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work closely with trading and sales desks to plan, elicit, analyze, document, and manage business requirements
• Collaborate with Front Office, Quants, Market Risk, and Middle/Back Office teams
• Manage the requirements and business testing lifecycle, including cost, risks, issues, and timelines
• Create comprehensive Test Strategies and Plans, including scope and requirement documentation
• Support the business in defining needs and identifying potential technological solutions
• Coach and guide junior team members within the area of expertise

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in business analysis, quality assurance, and project delivery practices
• Deep knowledge of commodities business, specifically Physical Metals, Inventory Management, and Risk reporting/PnL
• Proficiency in writing SQL statements for analytical purposes
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivots, and macros
• Experience using AI tools for data analysis and product specifications
• Deep knowledge of Endur modules and vendor application support
• Experience with asset classes including Precious Metals, Base Metals, Oil, Gas, and Emissions
