Business Analyst (Benefits Outsourcing)

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day benefits administration activities, including case resolution and data updates for employees, elections, and dependents
• Own annual enrollment activities, including documentation updates, plan year procedure management, and vendor coordination
• Maintain and update processing documentation, calendars, and standard operating procedures
• Manage and monitor case volumes and trends, communicating insights to stakeholders
• Utilize systems and tools to process and validate data, performing basic queries using SQL or Excel
• Respond to client and internal queries in a timely and accurate manner to meet established service level agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, service center teams, and global stakeholders to support process improvements and automation

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, pension, or benefits administration
• Proven experience in case management, research, and handling escalations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional stakeholder management
• Ability to work the night shift and extended hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of SQL for data querying
