Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements to drive organizational change
• Develop detailed business requirements and operational/process designs to address business opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet expectations and business needs
• Support the creation of business cases, feasibility studies, and project progress reports
• Drive end-to-end change delivery, acting as a key link between business and technology teams
• Support change management activities, including the development of traceability matrices
• Manage risk and strengthen controls related to assigned work and project delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end change delivery within a financial services environment
• Strong knowledge of Private Markets and Hedge Funds
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information
• Experience working within Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Avaloq platform
• Background specifically within Private Banking
