Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements to drive organizational change
• Develop comprehensive business requirements and operational/process designs to address business opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet needs and expectations
• Support the creation of business cases, feasibility studies, and project progress reports
• Assist in change management activities, including the development of traceability matrices
• Advise and influence decision-making while managing risk and strengthening controls
• Lead collaborative assignments and guide team members through complex, cross-functional tasks

Requirements

• Proven track record of completing at least 3 end-to-end corporate banking projects (from problem statement to post-production support)
• Experience delivering complex business and technology change projects within a Corporate Bank environment
• Strong facilitation, business analysis, and process mapping skills
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across different geographies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior audiences
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities in a high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of trade and working capital products and their front-to-back processes
• Experience utilizing both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
