Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose optimizations.
• Conduct data analysis on customer behavior and financial performance to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assess existing systems to identify gaps and collaborate with IT teams to define functional specifications.
• Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and validate that system functionality meets business needs.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including process flows, functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
• Support the implementation and roll-out of new functionality, including end-user training.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficient in UML with hands-on project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile certification from a reputable provider (e.g., Scrum Alliance, SAFe).
• Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
