Responsibilities

• Participate in improving data management processes and automation
• Collect, update, and ensure the quality and consistency of data
• Exploit and secure data from the CRM (Salesforce)
• Track and analyze commercial performance indicators (pipeline, conversion rates, revenue)
• Implement and improve monitoring dashboards
• Analyze marketing campaigns (leads, conversion, ROI)
• Identify time-consuming tasks and propose automation solutions using digital tools and AI

Requirements

• Student in business, management, data, marketing, or equivalent
• Previous professional experience (internship or apprenticeship) is appreciated
• Strong interest in data, digital tools, and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced functions)
• Knowledge of a CRM like Salesforce is a plus
• Interest in AI and automation tools
• Analytical mindset and rigor
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively
