About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate across different value streams of the PCC strategic development program with a specific focus on execution in India.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and communication for India leadership regarding program status and key milestones.
  • Lead horizontal strategies across value streams to drive consistency and automation in project management, business analysis, training, testing, and reporting.
  • Support large-scale transformation initiatives, including the migration to the Temenos Transact platform and the State Street Payment Hub.
  • Ensure effective end-product design, client migrations, and overall business readiness.
  • Collaborate with IT and Product teams to align development spend and prioritization with global strategy.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in financial services, preferably involving large-scale transformation projects.
  • Proven experience in Business Analysis within banking, payments, custody, or cash management.
  • Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and process mapping.
  • Deep understanding of payments processing, DDA platforms, ISO 20022, and SWIFT messaging formats.
  • Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with back-office operations, specifically payment initiations.
  • Familiarity with HGN/IBS applications.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on traceability and risk reduction.
  • Ability to operate effectively within complex, multi-stakeholder global programs.
