Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform application testing for both front-end (UI) and back-end (API) components
• Validate applications for bug fixes and new functionality or enhancements
• Create and prioritize user stories to drive product development
• Assist with product backlog management and release planning
• Manage incidents and document best practices
• Attend stakeholder meetings to support various projects and initiatives
• Work closely with development teams to implement new functionality

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Business Systems Analyst experience or equivalent
• Solid background in the travel industry
• Experience with application testing (UI and API)
• Proficiency in user story creation and product backlog management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision in a dynamic team environment
• Flexibility in scheduling to support product releases
