Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build optimized information flows to enable data-driven leadership decisions
• Execute insightful reports and design optimized deliveries through deep data analysis
• Identify trends in macroeconomic indicators, market research, sales performance, and portfolio trends
• Deliver actionable insights via regular Executive Summaries
• Assist with data and information visualization for senior-level executive presentations

Requirements

• 0-3 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Mathematics, Finance)
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and Excel (including Pandas and NumPy)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Strong project management skills, including planning and execution
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Ability to translate complex technical information into accessible presentations
