Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end 3P payment and dispute resolution processes, including troubleshooting protocols, SOPs, and quality monitoring systems
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Operations, Tax, and FinOps teams to resolve payment disputes
• Develop and maintain comprehensive analytics dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance metrics
• Conduct regular deep-dive analyses and root cause investigations to identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Establish and optimize formal process control mechanisms to enhance payment accuracy and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives via automated solutions to streamline workflows and elevate quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
• 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, or business analysis experience
• Moderate to advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel
• Experience with data mining tools such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar
• Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analytics or automation within an operational environment
