Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit, clarify, and validate functional and non-functional requirements with internal and external stakeholders
• Create, maintain, and review formal documentation such as SRS and RTM
• Perform statistical and data-driven analysis using databases and data lakes to support process issues and new features
• Collect, structure, and automate datasets for analysis and organize dataset labeling activities
• Visualize business and operational metrics using raw data to support decision-making
• Present analysis results and insights to stakeholders and support the Stage Gate process

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong SQL and Excel skills
• Experience creating and maintaining formal documentation
• Experience supporting multiple parallel initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of manufacturing or industrial processes
• Mathematical background in optimization methods, linear algebra, or analytical geometry
• Experience with Python
• Exposure to 3D computational software development
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Chinese
