Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for mobile banking projects, from initial conceptualization with business areas to productive deployment and post-release monitoring.
• Design and validate robust solution architectures and third-party integrations.
• Define, document, and govern REST APIs.
• Coordinate transversally with various systems areas to align dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Proactively manage project risks, including identification, mitigation planning, timely escalation, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including planning, quality assurance, QA pass management, versioning strategies, and production window control.
• Act as a direct interlocutor with strategic providers, reviewing proposals and evaluating technical feasibility.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java 8 or higher.
• Mastery of Linux environments for operations, troubleshooting, and basic scripting.
• Advanced use of Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Rest, Spring Boot).
• Solid knowledge of Oracle Databases.
• Experience with Git and development workflows.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience creating software design documentation, including architecture, component, and sequence diagrams using Enterprise Architect.
• Experience in the design and construction of REST services using Postman or similar clients.
• Knowledge of HTTP and TLS protocols, as well as symmetric and asymmetric encryption algorithms.
• Experience in technical team management and executive communication for stakeholder reporting.
