Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders
• Create comprehensive documentation including workflows, functional specifications, and user stories
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams and vendors
• Analyze and map operational processes to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
• Coordinate issue resolution, system enhancements, and maintenance activities
• Manage delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
• Track and report on application performance, support metrics, and operational KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working on Agile projects
• PMP certification or practical project management experience
• Experience in both development and maintenance projects
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and QA processes
• Experience managing and monitoring outsourced vendor deliverables
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
