Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive product outcomes by delivering actionable insights
• Conduct market analyses to identify problem space and opportunity size
• Evaluate existing solutions to identify unique opportunities or areas of synergies
• Conduct user interviews and gather insights to inform formulation of problem statement
• Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics, and build dashboards to track metrics
• Analyze results post-release to identify areas of improvement
• Analyze the impact of requested changes and assess resource requirements

Requirements

• Proven record of collecting and synthesizing data to derive actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• End to end experience working with product teams
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure
• Experience working in WOG environment or Singapore public sector projects is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Computer science or product management related degrees or diplomas
