Responsibilities

• Drive product outcomes by delivering actionable insights
• Conduct market analyses to identify problem space and opportunity size
• Work with product teams to build products end-to-end
• Conduct user interviews and gather insights to inform problem statements
• Define key success factors, identify metrics, and build dashboards
• Analyse results post-release to identify areas of improvement
• Analyse impact of requested changes and assess resource requirements
• Break down complex systems into clear user journeys and operational steps

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a tech business analyst or product operations
• Experience with data flows, backend processes, and SQL querying
• Practical understanding of databases, APIs, and system architecture
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or Product Management is a plus
