Business Analyst 3

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance metrics and evaluate resources to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide data analysis and reporting to support Xfinity Mobile billing operations using Amdocs and other operational tools.
• Identify operational issues, analyze available data, and recommend actionable changes to management.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver reporting requirements and drive operational efficiencies.
• Create and maintain multiple operational reporting tools, including weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and perform day-to-day validation of master and transactional data.
• Provide analytical support comparing actual results against budgets and the feasibility of proposed business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of coursework and experience).
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Familiarity with Amdocs data tables.
• Proven experience in process improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in a simplified manner to stakeholders.
