Business Analysis Strategy Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in business analysis, KPI monitoring, and building KPI frameworks
• Conduct data cleaning, structured organization, and model optimization
• Support strategic research, including market, regulatory, and competitor analysis
• Design and implement AI-assisted workflow automation and AI Agent construction
• Explore AI tool applications for business analysis and internal efficiency
• Produce high-quality presentation materials, research reports, and management decks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Analysis, Fintech, or Computer Science
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to synthesize data into insights
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Python is preferred
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Dify, Coze, etc.) and Prompt Engineering
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ownership
• Ability to work on-site in Hong Kong 4–5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience in business or strategic analysis or consulting
• Experience in AI Agent setup, workflow automation, or vibe coding
