Business Analysis Strategy Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in business analysis and KPI monitoring by building frameworks and tracking core indicators across different regions and product lines.
• Conduct data cleaning, structured organization, and preliminary analysis to ensure consistency between strategic and financial models.
• Support strategic research through desk research, competitor analysis, market/regulatory research, and business problem diagnosis.
• Support the design and implementation of AI-assisted workflow automation, including AI Agent construction and prompt/workflow design.
• Explore AI tool applications in market intelligence, report automation, and internal efficiency to develop reusable SOPs.
• Produce high-quality presentation materials, including PowerPoint decks, research reports, and management update summaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analysis, Fintech, or Computer Science.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Power BI is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Dify, Coze) and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong logical thinking, fast-learning ability, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Hong Kong 4–5 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience in business analysis, strategic analysis, or at well-known consulting firms.
• Experience in AI Agent setup, Prompt Engineering, workflow automation, or "vibe coding."
• Experience in data analysis or operational analysis.
