Business Analysis Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog
• Manage project roadmaps, scope dependencies, and milestones to ensure successful delivery
• Use JIRA to manage sprints, configure boards, track progress, and report on project health
• Drive actionable business requirements through the creation and management of Jira stories
• Conduct review sessions with subject matter experts and convert feedback into groomed stories
• Align risk and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk

Requirements

• 7-9 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in Agile Development and serving as a Scrum Master or similar role
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification
