Business Analysis Intern

Responsibilities

• Conduct holistic business performance analysis by establishing monitoring frameworks for core financial metrics such as revenue, cost, and P&L
• Generate periodic diagnostic reports to identify operational anomalies and propose actionable recommendations
• Map business process vulnerabilities and implement risk assessment frameworks to strengthen internal controls
• Streamline workflows and develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational consistency
• Design data monitoring platforms and optimize data infrastructure to accelerate insights generation and decision-making precision

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Graduation expected within the next 12 months
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
