Business Analysis Expert

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis efforts, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives
• Utilize advanced analysis techniques to model and propose innovative solutions
• Develop comprehensive business process documentation, including workflow diagrams and process maps
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus among stakeholders
• Support project teams through all project phases, from initiation to implementation
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Expert knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with process modeling and documentation tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are highly desirable
