Business Analysis Associate II

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing strategies and roadmaps, aligning quality goals with business outcomes and delivery timelines.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and delivery leaders to define test scope, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
• Oversee test design and execution, ensuring full traceability from requirements to test cases and defects.
• Manage test environments, data, and tooling to maximize reliability, coverage, and cycle time.
• Drive continuous improvement in test practices, automation adoption, and quality engineering standards.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing test team through coaching, feedback, and skills development.
• Establish and track quality KPIs such as defect escape rate, coverage, and mean time to detect.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance for complex, customer-facing applications.
• 3 years of experience leading or managing testers or quality engineers, including performance management.
• 3 years of experience designing and executing test strategies across multiple project or product teams.
• 2 years of experience working with test automation frameworks.
• 3 years of experience using test and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• 2 years of experience operating in Agile delivery environments.
• 2 years of experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance testing, including baselining and capacity planning.
• Experience with accessibility testing standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Experience with security testing practices or validating controls.
• Domain knowledge in Home Lending or relevant financial services industries.
• Certifications such as ISTQB or Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments.
