Business Analysis Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive key message format analysis to strengthen and standardize FIX messaging capabilities
• Partner with product management to identify gaps and design technical solutions
• Author clear user stories to guide development and testing teams
• Create comprehensive documentation for functionality delivered to customers
• Support the Head of Platform Services in defining interface and Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies
• Provide second-level support to internal and external customers
• Assist in building Business Analyst standards and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Agile methodology
• Hands-on experience with customer interfaces such as JSON, XML, SWIFT, and FIX protocol
• Strong understanding of B2B system integration and core technology concepts
• Proficiency with SQL, databases, data modeling, and data analysis
• Experience with identity management, authentication, and access control/permissions
• Knowledge of equity and fixed income post-trade processing

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Experience working at a buy-side or sell-side firm or a financial technology vendor
