About the role
Responsibilities
- Research rights holders and owners of intellectual property
- Negotiate and draft various contracts related to personality rights, image rights, and copyright
- Manage administrative tasks including contract management, follow-ups, and audit support
- Assist with financial and legal feasibility assessments for projects
- Research legal precedents, doctrine, and operational data
- Support the team in developing practical solutions for new industry trends like AI and NFTs
- Handle administrative workflows such as purchase orders and invoice tracking via SAP
Requirements
- Must hold a Master's degree (third cycle) specialized in Intellectual Property or Contract Law
- Fluency in English is indispensable (international experience is a plus)
- Strong general culture and a keen interest in the audiovisual industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners
- Previous internship experience in advertising, production, or talent agencies is highly appreciated
