Business Affairs Manager

Responsibilities

• Own Business Affairs workstreams for Hardware marketing projects, including confidential product launches, campaigns, films, and events
• Manage rights, clearances, contracts, usage terms, and vendor requirements from kickoff through delivery
• Drive execution of workflows including talent deals, music, locations, third-party IP, and likeness rights
• Manage BA guardrails for confidential work, including NDA requirements and secure asset handling
• Identify project-level risks and recommend mitigation paths
• Develop BA operating models for how external agencies and production partners are briefed and contracted
• Partner with Security and Legal to ensure appropriate confidentiality controls are in place
• Build clear BA guidelines to help the Marketing team move quickly while ensuring compliance
• Optimize BA functions using an AI-first mindset and scalable tools

Requirements

• 12+ years in Advertising, Marketing, or Production Business Affairs roles
• Experience supporting hardware, consumer technology, or confidential pre-launch work
• Deep experience managing negotiations, contracts, rights, clearances, and talent deals
• Strong project management skills with the ability to track complex dependencies
• Ability to operate in high-stakes, highly confidential, and ambiguous environments
