Business Advisor, SMB, Rentals

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and retention within existing SMB client portfolios by providing strategic business consultation and advertising solutions.
• Perform a high volume of outbound calls (approximately 40 per day) to increase participation from multifamily rental management companies.
• Utilize Salesforce, Salesloft, and internal reporting to prospect, strategize, and manage opportunities.
• Execute against the MEDDPICC sales process and adopt Challenger principles to drive value-based conversations.
• Build positive relationships with decision-makers via Zoom and phone to drive business results.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and represent the voice of the customer to influence product and marketing improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in B2B inside sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calling.
• High proficiency in the Google Suite of tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel 2-3 times per year for company events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
