Business Administration Apprentice - Logistics/Transport

Responsibilities

• Support the Inventory & Warehouse team in Wishaw by assisting with logistics, transport, and administrative processes
• Prepare and issue process orders to the factory to ensure production targets and stock levels are met
• Assist with administrative tasks related to outbound transport and inbound raw materials
• Support bulk tanker controls and supplier/transport scheduling
• Help minimize stock outs and maintain process order release and closure controls

Requirements

• Highly motivated with a self-starting, "can-do" attitude
• Strong numerical skills and aptitude for logic and reasoning
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team
• Ability to learn new systems quickly; prior experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) is preferred but not required
