About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure business results and commercial positioning of the brand within assigned healthcare accounts/areas based on therapeutic strategy
- Design and implement strategic plans for key stakeholders in coordination with cross-functional teams
- Analyze the oncology/pathology environment, including decision-makers and market dynamics
- Identify barriers and opportunities to optimize the patient journey and encourage early diagnosis
- Execute commercial plans to facilitate brand development within the assigned territory
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and findings to prioritize growth opportunities
- Manage sales objectives for the assigned therapeutic area and propose corrective actions for deviations
- Establish trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to offer solutions that improve quality of care
- Ensure all activities comply with internal and external regulations and codes of conduct
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client management positions
- Valid driver's license (essential)
- English proficiency at B1 level
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialized training in Health Sciences or specific therapeutic areas
