About the role

Responsibilities

  • Sell integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium business customers
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating product knowledge
  • Develop sales territories and cultivate local business partnerships and community relationships
  • Retain the customer base by ensuring a superior customer experience and providing excellent follow-up
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to better position services
  • Prepare regular sales and activity reports

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant sales or professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong sales presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability in prospecting and cold calling
  • Experience with customer relationship management and maintaining client rapport
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends as necessary
