About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium business customers
- Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating product knowledge
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, and referrals
- Develop sales territories and cultivate local business partnerships and community relationships
- Retain customer base by ensuring a superior customer experience and following up on service needs
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position services effectively
- Prepare regular sales and activity reports
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant sales or professional experience
- Strong face-to-face sales presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability in lead generation and prospecting
- Experience with customer relationship management and maintaining client retention
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends as necessary
