About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium business customers
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals
- Deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services
- Develop sales territories by cultivating local business partnerships and community relationships
- Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention and ensure a superior customer experience
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position services effectively
- Prepare regular sales and activity reports
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong sales presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability in prospecting and cold calling
- Experience with customer relationship management and maintaining client rapport
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends as necessary
