About the role

Responsibilities

  • Sell integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium business customers
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals
  • Deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services
  • Develop sales territories by cultivating local business partnerships and community relationships
  • Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention and ensure a superior customer experience
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position services effectively
  • Prepare regular sales and activity reports

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong sales presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability in prospecting and cold calling
  • Experience with customer relationship management and maintaining client rapport
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends as necessary
