Bus Operator and Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop personnel transportation logistics to meet company needs
• Design and modify transportation routes based on company requirements and special needs (holidays, Sundays, etc.)
• Respond to alerts to modify or provide support to routes facing atypical needs
• Create and manage work schedules for routes, units, and personnel coverage
• Administer vehicle checklists and perform physical inspections of owned and contracted units
• Maintain records of routes completed by providers and track census/timing data
• Monitor, schedule, and follow up on vehicle maintenance according to checklists
• Manage fuel loading schedules to ensure continuous operation
• Support institutional events and new maintenance projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura concluida)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personnel Administration
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics and Fleet Management
• Basic knowledge of mechanics
• Knowledge of the Jalisco Mobility and Transport Law (Reglamento de la Ley de Movilidad y Transporte del Estado de Jalisco)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Knowledge of regional routes (Atotonilco, La Barca, Ocotlán, and Guadalajara)
