Bus Driving Utility

Responsibilities

• Safely transport personnel around site and complete transfers between site and Mt Isa or Cloncurry Airports
• Support village operations during non-driving periods, including housekeeping, cleaning, and catering assistance
• Deliver a high standard of customer service to create a welcoming environment for residents
• Ensure vehicles are maintained, cleaned, and presented to a high standard
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Maintain accurate trip and passenger records
• Comply with site driving accreditations, fatigue management, and all safety requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional bus driving experience
• Current Australian HR or MR licence
• QLD Passenger Transport Driver Authorisation
• Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and risk management
• Excellent communication skills and a service-focused attitude
