Bunker Trader

Responsibilities

• Execute bunker fuel trades and negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers and customers
• Manage relationships with bunker suppliers, shipping companies, and other stakeholders
• Monitor global bunker fuel market trends and provide market insights
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with operational teams
• Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and optimize trading strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Maritime Studies, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in bunker trading or related marine/shipping business development
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Deep understanding of shipping or bunker fuel markets, pricing, and regulations
• Proficiency in relevant trading platforms and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong analytical skills
