Bunker Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Establish early communication with all stakeholders involved in bunker deliveries
• Schedule and track supplies, including obtaining ETA updates, berthing information, and supply schedules
• Proactively identify operational risks such as supply restrictions or weather conditions
• Monitor deliveries actively on the day of service and inform stakeholders of any issues
• Collect supply documents upon completion of deliveries
• Assist with appointing agencies and surveying companies
• Maintain strong relationships with agencies, surveyors, and suppliers
• Support the Claims department with dispute investigations
• Assist the accounts department in obtaining relevant documentation for invoicing
• Provide daily weather updates to the team

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping operations, ideally within bunkers, agency, or logistics
• Ability to work the US shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM IST)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent English language proficiency
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Proactive thinking and reliability
