Bulk Technical Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage tanker unloading and loading operations, including connection, emptying, and disconnection of tankers.
• Perform quality control tests on incoming raw materials and transfer products to storage tanks.
• Operate industrial fluid transfer equipment such as pumps, valves, hoses, and storage tanks.
• Manage daily physical bulk stocks and handle 3-week supply planning.
• Reconcile physical and digital stock levels using SAP/ERP systems during cycle counts.
• Coordinate a small team (1-2 people) and maintain communication with other factory sectors.
• Conduct HSES audits and ensure strict compliance with ATEX regulations and safety procedures.
• Draft and revise sector procedures to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree in chemistry, industrial production, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an industrial environment such as chemical, agri-food, or formulation industries.
• Technical knowledge of fluid transfer equipment (pumps, tanks, hoses, retention systems).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is essential.
• Written English skills for communicating with international transporters.
• Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP or other ERP/GPAO software.
• Background as a tanker truck driver looking to transition into a sedentary technical role.
