Bulk Handler

Responsibilities

• Independently operate and maintain manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards
• Monitor the flow of bulk throughout storage and production areas using product conveyor computers
• Ensure proper and timely changeovers to prevent cross-contamination
• Manage inventory by ensuring correct bulk usage and reporting waste/salvage in SAP
• Track and report daily inventories of WIP totes and stage in SAP
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and process instructions
• Communicate daily with Team Leaders to set shift activities and coordinate with counterpart shifts
• Participate in RCA investigations and IL6S initiatives to improve system performance

Requirements

• Experience operating industrial machinery
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards for machine operation
• Fluent communication skills (reading and writing) appropriate to the site
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse work environment
• Ability to make operational decisions regarding machine breakdowns
