Bulk and Raw Materials Scaler

Responsibilities

• Operate the truck scale to ensure accurate and timely weighing of bulk and raw materials
• Maintain the truck scale computer system and ensure proper filing of records and database updates
• Monitor assigned equipment, coordinate repairs, and perform regular housekeeping in the work area
• Conduct regular inspections of delivered raw materials to verify quality and quantity
• Complete all required logbooks, checklists, and reports to support operational decision-making
• Assist other departments with technical expertise to reduce plant downtime
• Comply with all ISO certification guidelines and participate in annual audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent field
• At least one year of experience in manufacturing plant operations
• Proficiency in computer use and digital record keeping
• Knowledge of the visual identification of raw materials
• Good communication skills
