Bulgarian Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and refine Bulgarian language training programs for new hires and existing staff across multiple BPO projects.
• Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop instructional materials.
• Facilitate live and virtual classroom sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor employee progress and maintain accurate training records in compliance with company policies.
• Support knowledge sharing to ensure staff are up to date with client processes, systems, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Bulgarian and professional-level English communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Trainer or L&D professional within a BPO or contact center environment.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using digital tools such as LMS, MS PowerPoint, and e-learning platforms.
• Analytical mindset with experience evaluating training outcomes and implementing feedback strategies.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant degree or professional certification in Human Resources, Education, or Communications.
