About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the building premises, parking areas, and surrounding locations
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles
- Ensure gates, doors, and common areas are secure at all times
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or tenant complaints
- Maintain daily records and logbooks of activities and observations
- Coordinate with maintenance and management teams when required
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness around the security area
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Building Watchman
- Intermediate education or equivalent
- Basic communication skills in English
- Physically fit, alert, and disciplined
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and emergencies
