Building Techniques Drafter CVCS

Responsibilities

• Elaborate technical projects in collaboration with the project manager
• Participate in coordination meetings and synthesize information
• Dimension hydraulic networks for heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems
• Select equipment according to technical directives
• Coordinate installations on plans jointly with electrical counterparts
• Perform on-site measurements in operational facilities
• Create plans, sections, and model CVCS installations using AutoCAD and Revit
• Integrate the company's established BIM methodology
• Establish principle diagrams
• Control, verify, and update revision plans
• Act as the guarantor for the organization and updating of documentation

Requirements

• CFC as a Building Techniques Drafter (Heating/Ventilation) or equivalent
• Solid experience in CVCS techniques within an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of current SIA standards
• Proficiency in BIM methodology and tools
• Mastery of AutoCAD and Revit
• Rigor, attention to detail, and precision
• Proficiency in standard office IT tools
