Building Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and upkeep of buildings, facilities, and technical equipment
• Ensuring technical devices such as sprinkler systems, ventilation, and commercial refrigeration run smoothly
• Controlling and monitoring facility maintenance and organizing external work
• Performing minor conversions and repair work, such as shelf assembly
• Obtaining quotes for necessary repairs and coordinating smooth execution for both indoor and outdoor areas

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a manual trade (e.g., Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, Locksmith, or Industrial Mechanic)
• Experience in operating and controlling building technology
• Technical expertise in manual trades
• Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues
