Building Technician

Responsibilities

• Coordination, access control, and monitoring of external companies
• Execution of daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to maintain quality standards
• Support for Meeting & Events guests regarding event technology (external)
• Serving as fire safety assistant, elevator operator, and potentially safety officer
• Handling on-call services and coordinating emergency services in case of damage
• Regular communication with adjacent departments such as Front Office and Housekeeping
• Maintenance and testing of technical systems and monitoring of building electricity

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in building technology, ideally in hospitality or gastronomy
• Technical eye for detail and perfection
• Creative, open, and solution-oriented way of working
• Hands-on mentality
• Good German language skills (minimum B2/C1)
