Degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering, 5 years experience in building studies, Advanced Presto knowledge, BIM and AutoCAD knowledge preferred

About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed technical analysis of executive projects and technical reports
- Prepare item packaging and measurements for industrial suppliers
- Manage procurement and supplier relations through proactive contact and negotiation
- Elaborate detailed comparative studies to optimize collaborator selection and costs
- Support the preparation of technical documentation including planning and reports for final budget delivery
Requirements
- Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or similar
- 5 years of experience as a studies technician in new building construction
- Advanced knowledge of Presto for budgeting
- Knowledge of BIM and AutoCAD (preferred)
- 20h Prevention of Occupational Risks (PRL) training (preferred)
