About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and advice to bid teams and project leaders throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage the selection, appointment, and performance of specialist subcontractors
- Coordinate M&E services with design teams to ensure compliance with specifications
- Oversee the commissioning process and ensure completion of as-built and maintenance manuals
- Review technical submittals and resolve emerging challenges during the build phase
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E design and modern mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Degree level qualification or equivalent in a mechanical or electrical discipline (NVQ/HND/HNC/CIBSE)
- Experience in a main contracting environment managing specialist subcontractors
- Proven track record delivering large building services packages valued at £5M+
- Valid SMSTS and CSCS Card
- Full UK driving licence
