About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and advice to bid teams and project leaders throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage the selection, appointment, and performance of specialist subcontractors to ensure delivery against Kier standards
- Work closely with design teams to coordinate M&E services and ensure compliance with specifications
- Oversee the commissioning process and ensure the completion of as-built and maintenance manuals
- Review technical submittals and provide solutions to emerging challenges during the build phase
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E design and modern mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Degree level qualification (or equivalent such as NVQ/HND/HNC/CIBSE) in a mechanical or electrical discipline
- Experience working within a main contracting environment managing specialist subcontract partners
- Proven track record of delivering large building services packages valued at £5M+
- Valid SMSTS and CSCS Card
- Full UK driving licence
