Building Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and advice to bid teams and project leaders throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage the selection, appointment, and performance of specialist subcontractors to ensure delivery against Kier standards
• Work closely with design teams to coordinate M&E services and ensure compliance with specifications
• Oversee the commissioning process and ensure the completion of as-built and maintenance manuals
• Review technical submittals and provide solutions to emerging challenges during the build phase

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of M&E design and modern mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Degree level qualification (or equivalent such as NVQ/HND/HNC/CIBSE) in a mechanical or electrical discipline
• Experience working within a main contracting environment managing specialist subcontract partners
• Proven track record of delivering large building services packages valued at £5M+
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS Card
• Full UK driving licence
