Building Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive electrical infrastructure reliability across the Brazil network through root cause analysis and preventive maintenance
• Manage electrical energy indicators including consumption, power quality, and costs per site
• Oversee delivery of hard facilities services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and drainage
• Manage building plumbing systems including water tanks, booster pumps, and sewage
• Track costs and ensure strict compliance with regional managers and finance teams
• Collaborate with Procurement to manage major vendors via KPI and SLA measurement
• Support the rollout of regional sustainability and technology deployment initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery
• Experience leading change in multiple site environments
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience using data and metrics to manage KPIs
• Experience in electrical infrastructure, power systems, and building services management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in a quantitative field
• Experience with power quality analysis or predictive maintenance programs
• Experience within Amazon operations or knowledge of Amazon RME processes
