Building Services Engineer

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks and reactive works to ensure permanent fixes and high service standards
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform fault finding on plant and equipment
• Provide root cause feedback and analysis to customers and management
• Complete all necessary paperwork and update job details on PDA in real-time
• Maintain van stock levels to ensure a high first-fix percentage
• Liaise with the Service Desk to order parts and communicate identified additional works for business quotes
• Work from drawings and specifications without the need for direct supervision
• Mentor and coach trainees to support their career development

Requirements

• Proven experience in one or more specialisations: Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical, or Gas
• Full Driving License
• Relevant and current qualifications for your chosen specialisation
