Building Physicist

Responsibilities

• Building physics design for new construction and rehabilitation projects across various building types
• Independent control of design and execution within building physics
• Providing advisory services and analyses in building physics to external clients or internal departments
• Conducting condition assessments
• Contributing to tender work
• Developing internal methods and sharing knowledge within the professional environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction, energy, or similar fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building physics from a consulting engineering firm
• Experience with tools such as Simien, Flixo, or equivalent
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Norwegian
• Structured and professionally engaged
• Ability to work both independently and in multidisciplinary teams
